I think the bake time was way too long. Before the 40 minutes were even up, I was sure that it looked ready. I am no expert in baking, so I decided to just follow the recipe. The cake came out way over done and had shrunk to about 2cm high. I think it would have turned out wonderful, had it not have been for the baking time.
