- 6 chicken breasts (boned, cooked and cubed)
- 1 head cabbage (chopped moderately chopped)
- 8 scallions (chopped including tops)
- 3 pkg. ramen noodles (crumbled, save flavor packet)
- 1 green pepper (chopped)
- 1/3 cup cilantro (chopped)
- 3/4 cup sesame oil
- 1/4 rice wine (vinagar)
- 1/3 cup white sugar
- 1 can water chestnuts (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 cup slivered almonds
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds

Directions
- In medium skillet over low heat melt butter and brown crushed noodles, almonds, and sesame seeds
- In small sauce pan bring sesame oil sugar and vinegar to boil for 1 minute. Immediately cool in ice water, add soy sauce and reserved flavor packets
- combine remaining ingredients. Serve with soy sauce dressing and browned noodles.
