Really good! Simple and easy. I made the recommended sauce since I can’t find any decent asian ingredients where I live, and it’s pretty good! Was worried about the oyster sauce since the sauce isn’t cooked or reduced at all, but can’t even taste it. Used carving board ham cuz im cheap

The pancake batter is perfect (I did add 1tsp of dashi powder to batter though). I had no pork belly so I improvised and used sliced ham. I can't wait to make these again they will certainly be a regular meal in our house.

Great! Was easy to use and found that I didn't have to make sauce from scratch by picking up things at my local Asian Market.
