Like a lot of other people, I mashed the bananas instead of slicing. I made this in a glass loaf pan and needed to bake for 15 min longer than the suggested time.

used 3 bannanas, added a tsp of baking powder, tsp of cinnamon and 1/2 tsp
of nutmeg. Changed sugar to 1/2 cup brown and 1/3 cup white sugar.

It’s always great! I usually cook it at 325 degrees for thirty minutes than 350 for 30 minutes.

LOVE this recipe. The whole family loves it and the guys at the firehall too. I always add chocolate chips and a little less sugar to even out the sweetness. I've substituted plain yogurt for sour cream and it turns out perfectly every time

This Bread is truly Amazing. I have been making this bread for over 5 yrs. Everyone that taste it wants the recipe. Super Moist and buttery. I only put 1 1/2 cups of sugar. I put Bakers coconut, Dark Chocolate chips and Pecans. Awesome !!!!!

Turned out great with no modifications. I may add chocolate chips next time or an extra banana for some extra sweetness.

This is my favorite banana bread recipe. Turns out moist every time. Additional tip: after greasing loaf pan (I use Crisco), coat it with sugar.

Easy, delicious and moist...my go-to Banana bread recipe.
We love it and I make it often...I mostly follow the recipe except I mash (I don't slice) one cup of bananas.

Amazing. After the first slice I ran to the store to buy more bananas. waiting for the bananas to ripen is the hardest part.

This is an excellent recipe, delicious with whatever toasted nuts you use. I had my doubts about trying to incorporate sour cream near the end as it seemed like it would not "fold in" very easily. So I blended it in earlier, with the eggs, sugar and bananas. Turned out great!

It was Delicious! I have made it about 15 times now. I'm not a baker but everyone thinks I am. We just can't get enough of it!!!

Delicious! Best banana bread recipes I've found. I added chocolate chips & substituted yogurt for the sour cream and reduced the added sugar to 1/2 cup. Yummy!
