- 1 bunch spring onions (roughly chopped)
- 300 grams asparagus (small bunch, trimmed and chopped leaving the stalks whole)
- 300 grams frozen peas
- 1 bunch fresh mint (roughly chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. plain flour
- 500 mL milk (I used about half that amount – 250ml – as I wanted a thicker, “greener” sauce)
- 300 grams dried fettuccine
- 250 grams smoked trout
- 1/2 lemon
- Parmesan (for grating)
