My wife's favorite! Be sure to salt it enough—a whole chicken is a LOT of bland meat and while the aroma will always be incredible, you need to make sure you're adding enough salt for this to really work.

Amazing. Stuffed cavity with lemons cut in half and added juice to the milk.
