Delicious!!! Loved how this turned out! I used tapatio instead of Tabasco (didn’t have any)

It came out good. I used my own homemade Cajun seasoning. The recipe does not tell you when to add the chicken broth so be sure to do it when you add the rice. The rice also wasn’t fully cooked, so I recommend covering it last few mins—I used a skillet. You may not need to with a Dutch oven
