Spices were all just too much for me. Not necessarily hot just too strong. I wouldn't make this again but if you like lots of herbs and extreme flavored foods this is for you.

Excellent - best jambalaya ever. I marinated chic and shrimp together then pulled the chic out as I was concerned if I added to rice directly that the shrimp would be overlooked and chic under cooked . Final taste was wonderful
