    turned out great although i didn't have any coconut milk...had to settle for skim milk

    I'm. Jamaican, this delicious meal is called Rice & Peas. You can store for up to mybe 4 days in your refrigerator. For some odd reason, it tastes even better after a fee days.

    2017-01-27: used only 3/4 cup of coconut milk as that is all i had. Added water to add up to rest. Used only 2/3 cups of basmati rice. Nice texture and flavour
