- Scotch Bonnet pepper (finely chopped, optional, as desired)

- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. seasoning salt (or all purpose seasoning/ spice herb blend)
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. salt (more or less to taste)
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 1 can butter (Lima Beans drained and rinsed)
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil (to sear oxtails)
