- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/8 cup soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce (use vegetarian version if vegetarian)
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. allspice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. canela
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 Tbsp. minced ginger (fresh)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp. chili flakes (Aleppo)
- 4 scallions (chopped)
- 8 oz. tempeh (cut in half lengthwise and then into 1/2″ by 2″ strips)
- 4 whole tortillas (or wheat wraps, or as many as you need contain all your wraps)
- vegetables (to fill wraps, we used chopped spinach and chopped carrots)
