Tastes like I remember when the California Pizza Kitchens were still open in my area.
This was my favorite pizza I’d get almost every time I went!
I was hoping there’d be a dough recipe too. The restaurant’s crust has a settle sweetness to theirs. My sauce didn’t set so it ran all over the pizza causing burning. I reduced the red pepper flakes on mine. Otherwise it was dead on!
