Excellent. Family loved it. I could not find scotch bonnet peppers so I used one jalapeño and one red chili. Next time I will find time as it needed a little more spice wasn’t quite spicy enough. Great flavour though. Did not make the sauce as I didn’t like the sound of it and based on reviews. Have extra jerk seasoning left over for another time. Served with coconut rice and mango salsa

Loved it. I cut the amount of hot peppers, but the flavors were incredible.

Delicious flavors! Well worth the effort and wait. I used 1 tsp cayenne powder instead of the habanero/scotch bonnet pepper. This is the best jerk recipe and it is now in our family recipe files.
