- 1 egg (lightly beaten)
- 1/4 cup corn starch
- 1/4 cup flour (chick pea)
- 1/2 tsp. granulated garlic
- 1 tsp. granulated onion
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 pinch turmeric
- 1 tsp. sea salt (course)
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 medium onion (chopped)
- 4 garlic cloves (fine chopped)
- 2 tsp. fresh ginger (grated)
- 6 allspice berries (ground)
- 1/2 tsp. canela
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/2 scotch bonnet (or habanero, USE GLOVES and fine chop)
- 1/2 cup tamari soy sauce
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp. molasses
- 1 lime (just the fresh squeezed juice)
- 2 Tbsp. scallions (sliced thin to top cauliflower with)
