This was goooooood! Couldn’t wait to review it, still eating it. Made half portion and ran out of curry so only about 2 tsp but it was still very spicy. Used coconut cream instead of milk. Will make again when next I come across goat!

Super delicious. Substituted the goat with lamb chops and the potatoes with sweet potatoes. Came out perfectly well 😋😋

I never had Jamaican dish and I improvised a bit with the reciepe, but overall a great dish. A crowd pleaser in my house

It’s very different than traditional Jamaican curry; the coconut milk makes it more like Indian. If you use Jamaican curry powder, homemade or store-bought, this will still be slightly spicy even without the pepper. Very good flavor. I made it with lamb. The only other change I made was adding a little bit of chicken bouillon powder

I leave the Scotch Bonnet peppers whole, just for the flavor. Some people can't take the heat. Those of my friends that like the heat spoon the pepper out and smash it in there bowls. Plus I served it with rice, foo foo and cracked wheat for choices.
