- 3 cups black eyed peas (30oz can, drained and rinsed)
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup lime juice (~2 limes)

I’m going to get ahead of myself and give it four stars vs three as I think the flavors will be better tomorrow. It was a nice way to use the black eye peas
