- 1 Scotch Bonnet pepper (can add more if desired)
- 1 Tbsp. turmeric powder
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup water (230 grams ice cold water)
- 3/4 tsp. salt (or as necessary)
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 3/4 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp. allspice
- 4 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 2 cups water
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
