- pickled jalapenos (or fresh, ?, we liked fresh, sliced thinly, best about 1/3 cup)

I baked the chicken and bacon separately in the oven, so the combination was a bit dry. I ended up adding avocado and chipolte mayo on the side and it helped with the flavor!
