- 1 cup sweet corn kernels (Super)
- 2 jalapeno peppers (diced)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup half and half
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup grits
- salt

Directions
- In a saute pan on medium heat add corn kernels, diced Jalapeños, and olive oil
- Add Heavy cream, water and Half-and-half and boil
- Reduce heat and Add grits slowly and stir constantly
- Sit until grits are creamy
