These worked out nicely. The liquid ingredients were correct for 2 quarts (4 pints). I found I had to increase the number of jalapenos to make a full 2 quarts and increased the celery flakes and garlic to match. Decreased the sugar from 1/2 cup to 1/3 cup. These can be either refrigerator or full processed. Much prefer using these to jarred sliced jalapenos.
