  • 14 slices bacon (I use center cut bacon)

    Excellent! I am addicted to poppers and think the cheddar cheese adds great flavor. I liked the suggestion to use a pastry or ziploc bag. If you want your bacon to wrap around, buy the smaller sized peppers, or cut the bacon in half instead of into thirds.

    Tasty but I cut my bacon in half, thirds is way to small to wrap around the jalapeño.

    I normally fill the jalapeños with just cream cheese and wanted to make the same style, but jazz up the filling.. my boyfriend noticed the difference and said they were my best ones yet. I absolutely recommend this quick and easy popper!

    Tasty! I have made these several times. the only thing I added was bread crumbs before wrapping the bacon. I pressed the filled pepper face down in a bowl of panko crumbs then wrapped bacon.

    Absolutely, sinfully DELICIOUS! I made these to take to a Super Bowl party but ate half of them before I even got out the door. Decided not to take them along after all - too good to share! Couldn't wait to get home and gobble down the rest. Made another batch a few days later, but this time only baked for 30 minutes because I like a little crunch in the jalapenos. Watch out for these because you can't stop eating them. Live a little and go for it! Yum!
