  • 5 ounces garlic (and herb soft cheese, at room temperature)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon seasoning mix (Old Bay)
  • 18 jalapeño peppers (tops, ribs and seeds removed)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 ounces crispy bacon (crumbled)

    Directions

    1. Preheat grill.
    2. Mix together crabmeat, soft cheese, lemon juice and Old Bay. Stuff into peppers. Combine Cheddar and bacon then distribute between peppers. Grill over indirect heat for 20-25 mins, or until peppers soften and cheese melts.
