- 1 drop red food coloring (i use red red Americolor gel coloring)

I didn’t have liquid pectin so I used powder pectin it was a bit thin , I’ll be redoing it to thicken it up,
The taste is amazing perfect balance of hot and sweet , 5 ⭐️

Taste is great but it's a mild pepper jelly with the recipe made as is. Will probably make it with a different ratio of seeded to unseeded jalapeño next time.
