These burgers are very tasty! I found that they are a little saltier than I would prefer ( and I love salty food ), so maybe id add only 1/2 the salt. I also just incorporated one egg white. Next time if also had a pinch more jalapeños for a little more kick. With this amount of jalapeños it’s just for flavour, not heat.
