- 1 btl. dark beer (or ale)

- 2 Tbsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 Tbsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. coriander
- 1 tsp. ground cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 28 oz. San Marzano tomatoes (crushed Pomodoro, such as Cento or Pastene)
