Hot Dog!!!! I made this recipe and it was Amazinggggg!!!! I made my own frsh thai paste and used fresh jackfruit as well! Very satisfying and hearty and filling. 10/10

Amazing. Used fresh jackfruit, (time-consuming to separate out the fruit), which may have made up for the lack of kumquat since it's sweet, and only had yellow curry paste on hand. Ate over seasoned coconut brown rice and pinto beans. Heavenly, especially with a little ground cayenne. I'll be making this again soon.
