My husband came up with this recipe. We've perfected it over the years.
Ingredients

6 SERVINGS
- 15 oz. black beans (drained)
- 15 oz. pinto beans (drained)
- 15 oz. white beans (northern, drained)
- 1/2 cup red onion (chopped)
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup pimento-stuffed green olives (sliced)
- 3 hard boiled eggs (chopped)
- 2/3 cup Miracle Whip (or mayonnaise, personal preference)
- salt

Directions
- Hard boil three eggs, let cool then chop.
- Drain beans and add rest of ingredients.
- Chill at least 6 hours (best overnight).
