Pork ribs were cooked tender. Great idea to rub the spices in (and great mixture of spices) because it gave the meat flavor. There was a certain smokiness to it, even before the grilling (or maybe that’s just me).
Didn’t have pineapple chunks so I put in extra pineapple juice and dried it up. Applied it to the ribs before grilling.
Rest of the sauce was served and finished.
Can be paired with steaming white rice or with creamy mashed potatoes. :)
