I ended up marinating overnight. I did chicken, steak, zucchini slices and sweet onion. I split the marinade between all 3. Originally i was marinating for hours, but our plans unexpectedly changed and it ended up overnight. Steak turned out soooo good, chicken was good but could taste the whiskey, I cast iron skilleted :) the onions and zucchini they were good, but overnight was way to long too marinade. Overall, def go with the steak overnight tender, chicken/ veggies dont do overnight (which is not what the recipe is in the 1st place) Thats my review
