- 2 eggs (pasture-raised organic)
- 1 egg yolk (pasture-raised organic)
- 1 Tbsp. arrowroot starch
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract (real)
- 2 tsp. sprinkles (JJ Virgin, ** or other low-sugar impact, natural sweetener)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 lemon (organic)
- 1/2 cup strawberries (organic sliced, to top, optional)
- 1/2 cup blueberries (organic, to top, optional)
- 1/2 cup raspberries (organic, to top, optional)
