- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- 3 Tbsp. milk
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan
- 1 large egg (lightly beaten)
- 1/2 lb. acini di pepe (small pasta shape, orecchiette, ditalini or any small pasta shape you can find.)
- 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
