This is delicious! I added orzo and used ground turkey for the meatballs - I also baked the meatballs in the oven and then added to the soup. Definitely a home run - I will make this again!

Excellent! I ground 2lbs of pork tenderloin for the balls and doubled the other ingredients. These were very tasty and probably healthier than using ground beef. Next time I will add more beans. This is definitely a do-over recipe!
