This is a wonderful recipe. This is going on our new rotation as a regular meal. (we made it without the peppers) We also would classify it as 6 servings in our household versus 4 and we still did not go hungry. You can still make this with a regular grater if you don't have a spiral cutter (we don't) and it turned out beautifully. Rating: 5 Yums Up!
