- 55 grams Bertolli spread
- 2 tsp. garlic (ready grated)
- 50 grams anchovy fillets (in olive oi)
- 2 Tbsp. capers
- 85 grams black olives
- 400 grams chopped tomatoes
- 350 grams spaghetti (or other pasta)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley (chopped)

Directions
- Heat the Bertolli spread in a saucepan and sauté garlic and anchovies until soft.
- Add capers, olives and tomatoes and simmer for 15 -20 minutes.
- Meanwhile cook the pasta according to pack instructions. Drain.
- Add pasta to sauce, toss well together and serve sprinkled with parsley.

It was great! Easy and tasty. I did add some panfried Scollops at the end and we loved it . I might add some tuna steaks next time.
