- 10 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. red chili flakes
- 2 onions (small to medium finely chopped)
- 3/4 cup tomato puree (I have used my home made puree)
- 1 handful fresh basil leaves (roughly torn)
- 2 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley (chopped, optional)
- 15 mL balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp. brown sugar
- 5 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. butter

Amount of tomatoes seemed wrong, and even 1 tsp of cayenne pepper was pretty firey. Also No directions given.

Hands down the best fresh tomato pasta sauce i have ever made. Delicious.
Consistency of sauce is perfect.
Could add slightly less cayenne next time
