- 1/4 red onion (sliced)
- 1/4 cup banana peppers (sliced pickled)
- 6 oz. meats (diced Italian, I used pepperoni and salami)
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar (just enough to give it some tang)
- 1 Tbsp. italian seasoning
- 1 pinch salt

i haven't tried this yet bit dose any one have segusstions as a main entree that can go good with a side of this kinda salad??

I used a whole head of lettuce and there was still a bit too much oil. Overall though... Very good! Will make again.
