- 1 yeast (1 Easy bake, sachet, 7g, we use Allinson)
- 1 tsp. golden caster sugar (Unrefined, we use Billington's Unrefined golden caster sugar)
- 2 tsp. salt
- 300 mL warm water
- 50 mL olive oil
- basil leaves (a handful)
- 300 grams vegetables (Mediterranean, such as roasted peppers, sundried tomatoes and olives)
- 250 grams mozzarella balls (sliced)
