    This was super easy to make, but it takes a whole lot longer than 20 minutes to bake when it's rolled up like this. I baked it at 400 degrees for 35 minutes and still had to sear the bottom in a frying pan to get it cooked all the way through. I added sautéed bell peppers and onions and an extra layer of cheese. I will def make again, just make sure you don't get it started too late.
