- 2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 lb. ground Italian sausage
- 1 onion (diced, I used 1 1/2 cups diced frozen onion)
- 5 cloves garlic (minced)
- 28 oz. crushed tomatoes
- 1 can tomatoes and green chilies (Rotel)
- 3 cans chopped green chilies
- 1 cup red wine (I will use 1/2 cup next time)
- 3 cups water
- 10 Tbsp. taco seasoning (Penzeys, love this taco seasoning)
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 can kidney beans (drained)
- 1 can white beans (drained)
- 1 can black beans (drained)
- 1 Tbsp. ground cumin
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
