Loved this even though I used link sausage. The type of tomatoes are important to give it some tang. It's also GF!

Turned out great, despite not having Recipe Starter (don’t know what that is). My kids loved it because of the grits, which I seasoned with garlic and pepper as well. I also added zucchini but next time I might try spinach.

Great! This is a hearty but super easy and satisfying casserole. Terrific flavor combinations with a goey cheesy topping. A winner!
