- 3 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 1 lb. hot Italian sausage (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 3 Tbsp. onion (grated)
- 4 provolone cheese (thick-cut deli slices)
- 1 cup giardiniera (drained, hot pickled vegetables, pulse-chopped into a relish in a food processor)
- garlic (and/or herb potato chips or salt-and-vinegar potato chips)
- 4 squares focaccia (split horizontally or ciabatta rolls, split and toasted)
