I am underwhelmed by the results. The dressing is not flavorful at all. I ended up adding basil, oregano, salt, pepper, and parsley to the recipe. I’m still not happy so I will try adding some lemon juice. I’m not sure if using vegetable oil vs olive oil makes this recipe fail, but it wasn’t a success for me. I definitely will not make this recipe again
