I had my doubts about the cauliflower, but it was absolutely delicious. Now I see why this flexible vegetable gets so much attention, though I did include extra Italian seasoning. Perhaps I missed something (I checked the site twice), but it would be nice if this blog, which markets itself as "healthy/diet oriented," had included nutritional information with its recipe.
