Very good salad, I added more flavor to my suit personal preferences tho. I added two cloves of garlic and EVOO to the salad dressing .. and some red pepper flakes for a little kick!
Very delicious! Light, refreshing, and healthy!
I enjoy just grabbing a scoop from the fridge and snacking on it too!
