This turned out so well. The spices and herbs are a strength of this recipe!

These turned out wonderful.. The sauce is along the lines of a sun dried tomatoe sauce. I added a little garlic powder and salt to taste. Doubled the recipe for 4 chops. You will have excess sauce. I made noodles and used the sauce over the top.

This is a great recipe. I added red pepper and Parmesan cheese. I cooked mine for 40 min, they were fork tender.

This was missing sauce which I followed the directions and also Incorporated red paste Curry and a small pack of spaghetti mix to make the sauce. It turn out good but i couldn't add photos.

Great easy meal. Don't let the porkchops stew too long in the sauce. Add to Basil Seasoned bowtie pasta and olive oil. Great meal.
