- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp. kosher salt (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp. black pepper (fresh, adjust to taste)
- 2 cups cucumbers (chopped small)
- 6 oz. black olives (can whole, drained and halved)
- 1/4 cup red onion (sliced very thin and chopped small)
- 10 fresh basil leaves (large, sliced very thin, about 2 tablespoons)

The pasta was lacking the flavor...I tried adding feta and it did help but I would not make again

it was yummy, I didn't have red onions or red wine vinegar (I used white wine vinegar instead), I'm interested to try it again with these. I was afraid it would be too tangy for my liking, but it wasn't!

I liked it alot i added feta since anything is better with feta. I’ll make it again.
