This was delicious even without the cod! I added half a can of kidney beans and some fresh green beans instead. Served it with a little Parmesan. Just realized I forgot the fresh basil! But it was still delicious. Oh yes, and I did it in the Instant Pot.

It was a long day - after my boot camp I was exhausted! Found this recipe and I had all the ingredients on hand! Boom- easy to put together and it is delicious! The perfect healthy dinner - will be made again. I didn’t have white wine so just added water, I will add green chili’s to it next time for a little kick. Also added pasta at the end when I added the cod. Topped with fresh grated Romano cheese.

This was very easy to make and delicious I made it for my lunch the next day while i made dinner. I added carrots and green beans and it was light and filling and so tasty!!
