- 8 oz. meat (your choice – I used mild Italian Sausage)
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese (+ additional for garnish, optional)
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup marinara
- 2 cups sauce
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. hot sauce (optional like Tobasco Sauce)
- 1 tsp. crushed red pepper flake (optional)
