It was delicious. I made an olive oil sauce with it to pour over pasta with the leftovers.

Taste was super good only reason I don’t give 5 stars is for I really didn’t like eggplant texture

Delicious!
I didn’t add any variation. I would say to cut the eggplant about 3/8”.
Would grill faster.

my husband said it was the best eggplant he has ever had. i made a ginger garlic sauce instead. i got that recipe on yummly too
