Love the simplicity of 4 ingredients (and adaptability for more eg herbs, garlic, olives).

Kneaded by hand. Chewy, crusty, delicious! Came out very flat, not fluffy and airy like the picture featured. Good for slicing in half to make a sandwich :)

I was really dissapointed when it was done. It was like a cracker, way too thin and barely rose at all. Really bummed because it took so long! My boyfriend tried to make it again and same thing. I give up with this recipe.

Didn't turn out like the picture, maybe I got the mixture wrong. I will try it again

Used bread flour. Hand kneaded for 15 minutes. Turned out very good. Hard outside, big pockets.

Mine didn't rise much the second time round and baked up only half as thick as the photo. Not sure why :(

First time making bread and it turned out awesome! Definitely recommend having a bread hook and using it though.
